Full theatre sound, lighting, fixed cameras and display capabilities feature on all the larger cookery theatres and mobile kitchens. Cameras and screens can be added to Chameleon Demo Kitchens in place of an overhead mirror. Technical AV crew are provided where required.

42" Displays, fixed cameras and full vision mixing feature on all cookery theatres with the exception of Chameleon Demo Kitchens where vision can be added as an option in place of an overhead mirror. For venues requiring additional video coverage, pairs of 42" LCD/plasma screens with stands can be added.

Chefs on Stage work with comperes and food demonstrators from broadcast and live events sectors who have specialist knowledge of both catering, cookery and food and drink industries. There are a number of comperes available who double as cookery demonstrators where required.

Chefs on Stage provide experienced technical crew who regularly work alongside celebrity chefs at food and drink festivals and events all over the UK. Technical managers oversee live AV production and assist with stage managing chefs and comperes throughout the show.
