The Mobile Cookery Theatres have a fully fitted and washable prep area compliant with food hygiene regulations.

Fully rain proof suitable for outdoor events. Cooking island comprises five burner hob, two under-counter fridges and a single oven. Back-stage prep includes stainless steel wash-up, hot water urn and work area with washable floor. Full audio facilities including radio mic headsets for the chefs. Lighting, cameras and LED screens come as standard.
