Chefs on Stage build a ‘pop-up’ delicatessen for James Martin at the BBC Good Food Show. The challenge was to build a free standing structure strong enough to take the lighting and signage required and at the same time create a deli style feel to the whole set. This was achieved with lots of kitchenalia, old pear crates, rustic timber and artificial bay trees and plants, etc.
