At Glastonbury Festival we provided the complete Pop-up Restaurant for the long weekend on behalf of Hive Beach Cafe. The 200 cover cafe was a popular hospitality feature for VIPs, artists, press and media which included a rain-covered outdoor seated area, professional kitchen and prep facilities, lighting, servery, chefs kits and a kitchen sink or two.

Requirements

Provision of tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery, table dressing etc. Kitchen equipment and dedicated prep area including baking and pizza ovens, gas ranges, salamander and char grills, bain-maries, hot passes, chillers and freezers. Bespoke kitchenalia including vintage cooking equipment and provision of Chinese hat marquees, gazebos, outdoor furniture and lighting.
