Chefs on Stage produced an interesting and exciting management style challenge for a large law firm. The participants were totally unaware of what they were walking into and the whole challenge was built around four teams having to glean information from Brian Turner and Antony Worrall Thompson, to be able to produce, on time and effectively, several dishes. A bit like ‘Give us a Clue’ meets cooking. The focus being for them to listen more intently to their clients in the future.
