Another turnkey project first for Chefs on Stage. For two successive years Chefs on Stage have produced and built a complete ‘pop up’ pizza interactive experience at key locations in the London area, where city workers could try their hand under the guidance of Giancarlo Caldesi to make their own pizzas, bake them and then enjoy them at communal tables washed down with a glass or two of Birra Moretti. The roadshow was open to all who love food to pop by and sample freshly baked pizza.

Requirements

Cookery and outdoor dining area features walu cottage style marquees, fencing, bannering, pizza ovens, cookery workstations and furniture, fridges, and wash up. Provision of generators and general infrastructure for events.
